Late policy
​
In the event you are running late please text me as soon as you are aware you will be late. I have a 15 minute window for late arrivals. After that window we will do what we have time for or reschedule. I totally understand life happens just communicate with me!

Refunds
In the event you are unhappy with your hair please let me know within 7 days after your appointment. I will always do everything in the power to make it right according to our agreed upon consultation. I do not offer refunds.

Cancellation policy

I understand life happens. I require at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment so that I may fill the spot. In case of an emergency please text me on my business line 239-333-6761. I will always work with you as long as you communicate with me. Last minute cancellations are subject to 50% of services charge. No shows are not tolerated and will be charged 100% of your booking fee.
